I just registered on ConnectVA for an Organization. Where’s my organization profile? Why can’t I access it?

If you registered as an Organization and received a password, you may wonder why you don’t have access to your organization profile yet. There is a small delay in providing access to your organization profile while your request is approved by the ConnectVA Administrators.

When you register, you automatically receive a welcome message with your password. The message also lets you know that the ConnectVA Administrators are reviewing your organization request;  allowing verification that your organization has obtained, applied, or will apply for IRS code 501(c) status, or that you represent a government entity. Businesses should register for a business listing.

Once approved, you will automatically receive another email notification (or we will contact you if there are any concerns with your request). When you sign in, you can access your organization profile by clicking on “Go to” menu near the top right corner of the page.
