Forgot your password? Want to change your password?

If you forgot your password, request a new one by clicking Sign In (in the upper, right-hand corner of the website) and then Forgot Password. Enter the email address you used to register and the system will send you instructions for resetting your password. Be aware that the password reset request will expire after one day. Please feel free to initiate another reset request if you find the link in the email has expired.

If you don’t know the email address you used to register and you are an Organization Administrator or Organization Author, search for your Organization Profile in the Organization Directory and click on your name to view your Personal Profile. Otherwise, email info@connectva.org!

You can change your password at any time through your Personal Profile. Sign in, click on your name on the dock bar at the top right corner of the page, click Edit and scroll down to the Account Information section.
