Program Description

In 2013,  LMR’s research found that approximately 70% of Quest graduates became members of boards, with 47% indicating that they engaged in a leadership role.  LMR has taken the lead in advocating for diverse leadership through their innovative board engagement program.
Board Engagement Program:  The Board Engagement Program connects diverse individuals that are seeking nonprofit board service to agencies seeking board members. LMR holds Board Connector programs twice a year to help connect board seekers and agencies. These events are held in the Fall and Spring and creates face-to-face connections for engagement. In addition, LMR offers one-on-one board concierge service for individuals and nonprofits in creating connections that could lead to new board service.
