Once logged in, Expand your Dashboard, and click on Post Job:
*Posting Organization will automatically populate. You will only be able to post jobs for Organizations you are an Admin for.
Fill out all fields as completely as possible. Click on Preview.
Review your Job Posting and Edit Listing, if needed, or proceed to Pay for Listing.
You may now enter your Credit Card information and submit payment. If you need to pay via a different method, please contact us. Once payment is successfully submitted, you (and job seekers!) will be able to view your posted job.
If you would like for the system to store your credit card information for future job postings, click on Remember me. You will be asked to enter a mobile phone number.
Jobs will be displayed publicly within your Organization Profile in the Membership Directory and in the Jobs section.
While logged in, with your Dashboard expanded, click on Manage Organization.
You will see your Organization(s) listed and you may click on the Organization’s name to begin editing job postings.
Click on the Manage tab and then the Jobs tab.
You will see any current Job Postings you have, and can Edit the posting:
To edit, click on Edit. Make any desired changes and click on Save Changes. You will receive confirmation of your edits and can view the updated posting.
Your Job posting will be live for 30 days. If you would like to renew a job for another month, please contact us.
Follow all of the steps in the above section to get to the Jobs tab in your Organization’s profile.
To delete a job posting, click on delete and confirm by clicking on OK.

Fill out all fields as completely as possible. Click on Preview.
Review your RFP Submission and Edit listing, if needed, or proceed to Pay for listing:
You may now enter your Credit Card information and submit payment. If you need to pay via a different method, please contact us. Once payment is successfully submitted, you (and local subject matter experts!) will be able to view your posted RFP.
RFPs will be displayed publicly within your Organization Profile in the Membership Directory and in the Jobs section. To search for your RFP in the Jobs section, deselect all other job types:
While logged in, with your Dashboard expanded, click on Manage Organization:
You will see your Organization(s) listed and you may click on the Organization’s name to begin editing job postings:
Click on the orange Jobs tab:
You will see any current RFP and Job postings you have, and can Edit or Delete postings:
To edit, click on Edit. Make any desired changes and click on Save Changes.
You will receive confirmation of your edits and can view the updated posting.
Follow all of the steps in the above section to get to the Jobs tab in your Organization’s profile (RFPs are listed in the same place as Jobs).
To delete a job posting, click on delete and confirm by clicking on OK.

If you need to pay via check or invoice, or if you would like to renew your listing for another 30 days, please contact us. If you are paying via credit card and you’ve elected to have the credit card information saved and you need to change to a different card: ignore the verification code, and click on the link that says “Didn’t receive a code? Click here to enter new payment information.”
