ConnectVA 501 Tech Club Launches Nonprofit Technology Series!

ConnectVA 501 Tech Club is proud to announce the launch of a Nonprofit Technology Series: Developing Tech-Savvy Organizations. Eight Tech Club Clinics to help nonprofit organizations become networked by ensuring their staffs are tech-knowledgeable and well-trained.

First in our series is Power Planning: Tools for Effective Tech Planning with Kim Mahan of Maxx Potential on May 31 from 8:30am – 11:30am at Community Idea Stations | WCVE, 23 Sesame Street, North Chesterfield, VA 23235 ($25). Registration is now open!

Each clinic focuses on a specific technology topic and incorporates a combination of lecture presentation and hands-on, skill-building practice. Clinic topics include:

  • Websites
  • Social Media
  • Blogging
  • Email Marketing
  • Mobile
  • Analytics & Metrics
  • Online Fundraising

Your input is wanted! We’ve intentionally left these topics non-specific and broad because we want your input to guide our planning for the rest of the clinics.

Tell us:

  • What do you need to know to better leverage technology in your organization or program?
  • What objectives or goals should we focus on for each topic?
  • What specific tools or platforms should be covered?

Share your ideas so we can translate them into an amazing Nonprofit Technology Series! Email info@connectva.org with your suggestions!
